- 0.5% for New Home Loan and Top up/Enhancement of Existing MGBL Home Loan 0% for Takeover of Home Loan.
- Up to 70% Loan facility on property value.

What is about Co-Applicant/Guarantor and Reference?
- For all loan cases, co applicant is mandatory. Co applicant will be spouse, Father/Mother. Siblings are not allowed as Co-applicant/Joint Applicant.
- Property owner must be applicant/co-applicant/vice-versa.
- Single application may be allowed with justified reason. In case of single application personal guarantee is mandatory. Personal guarantor’s criteria will be similar to borrower’s criteria.
- Two references are mandatory (One from relative and one from friend or professional friend).
Required Documents:
- Two copies of recent size photographs.
- Photocopy of National ID.
- Copy of Latest Tax Clearance Certificate or E-TIN Certificate
- Bank Statement for last 12 months with reflection of salary/Professional Income/Business Turnover/Rental Income
- Copy of latest utility bill.
- Loan statement and Loan Sanction Letter (if any). Salaried Individuals:
- Latest Salary Certificate
- Copy of Office ID/Business Card (if any)
- Valid Trade License for last 3 years
- Partnership deed for partnership business.
- Up to date schedule X and Form XII for Limited Company.
- Copy of Professional and/or Registration Certificate.
- Copy of Rental Deed.
- Copy of Title Deed.
- Ownership/Lease Deed.
- Bia deed for last 25 years.
- Mutation Khatian with DCR (Duplicate Carbon Receipt).
- Up to date Land Tax Receipt.
- UP to date Non Encumbrance Certificate (NEC)
- CS/RS/SA/PS/BS Khatians
- Recent Survey Report/Math Parcha/City Jorip
- Municipal Holding Tax Payment Receipt
- Approved Layout Plan with approval letter from concerned authority.
- Agreement & IGPA between Landowner and developer (in case of flat purchase)
- In case of lease holding property mortgage permission from concerned authority to be obtained before disbursement.
