Required Documents:

For Students:

For new file opening:

  • Duly filled application form (including Appendix-6 in FE Circular)
  • Signed (preferable) Offer Letter (photocopy with original shown to Branch) issued by the foreign educational institution
  • Original and photocopy of estimate issued by concerned educational institution
    • annual tuition fee
    • board and lodging
    • Health/Medical Insurance (if any)
    • incidental expenses etc.  (if any)
  • I-20 in case of US institutions
  • Attested copies (Originals need to be shown at the branch) of
    • All relevant/previous educational certificates
    • Transcripts of IELTS, TOEFL etc. (if any)
  • Valid Passport copy
  • Respective country’s VISA copy (if available) of student
  • A copy of passport sized photo
  • List of course selection if tuition is paid per semester or yearly
  • Transcript of grades posted after each semester
  • Declaration by the student
  • Refund Policy of the respective University abroad

For Guardian/Sponsor:

  • The person financing the student needs to provide a copy of the followings
    • Passport sized photo
    • NID/Birth Certificate/Passport
    • Recent Utility Bill
    • TIN Certificate
    • Proof of Income

Fees and Charges:

  • File Opening fee - Tk. 5,000/-                                                                
  • File Renewal fee - Tk. 3,000/-
