Meghna Bank PLC. has signed an agreement with Rangs Industries Limited to enable MeghnaPay customers in making payment at all Rangs eMart outlets across the country using 'Scan & Pay' features.
Mr. Kimiwa Saddat, Managing Director & CEO (CC), Meghna Bank PLC. and Mr. Yeamin Sharif Chowdhury, Divisional Director of Rangs Industries Ltd. have signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organization.
Mr. A Z M Fouz Ullah Chowdhury, Head of the Digital Financial Services Division and Mr. Maqsood Alam Tanvir, Head of the Relationship Unit of Corporate Banking Division, Meghna Bank, Mr. Syed Abu Jafar Siddique, Group Finance Controller, Rancon Group, Mr. Iqbal Hossain, Group Finance Controller, Rancon Group and other officials of both the organizations were present.
“In order to build a cashless society, Meghna Bank is developing a widespread QR-based payment network through MeghnaPay to facilitate digital payments. As part of this initiative, we are pleased to introduce this service at popular electronic appliance outlet like Rangs eMart.” – said Mr. Kimiwa Saddat, Managing Director & CEO (CC) of Meghna Bank PLC.
