Meghna Bank Securities Holds its 11th Annual General Meeting
Recently, Mr. Habibur Rahman, chairman of Meghna Bank Securities Ltd, presided over the 11th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held at Conference Hall (Level 08), Medona Tower, 28 Mohakhali C/A, Bir Uttam A.K. Khandakar Road, Dhaka -1212. The meeting approved 5% Final Cash dividend for the financial year 31st December 2025. Mr. Syed Mizanur Rahman, Vice-Chairman, Mr. Md. Sadiqur Rahman, Director & TREC Holder Representative, Mr. I.Q.M. Abdul Jalil, Director, Mr. Sajib Kumar Saha, FCA, Director, Mr. Md. Sadekul Islam, CEO and Mr. Md. Jasim Uddin, Company Secretary were also present in the meeting.
