    • Yes, Customer can pay Meghna Bank credit card bill through their MeghnaPay App.
  1. How Can Customer pay Meghna Bank Credit card Bill Payment through MeghnaPay App?
    • Step 1: Login to MeghnaPay App and tap on Card Payment option
    • Step 2: Go through on terms and conditions and tap on Agree option
    • Step 3: Select Meghna Bank from the list.
    • Step 4: Enter 16-digit Credit Card number.
    • Step 5: Due amount will be automatically displayed.
    • Step 6: Select Currency Type (BDT or USD) and enter payment Amount.
    • Step 7: Enter MeghnaPay PIN and initiate the transaction.
    • Step 8: Then customer will get to view a transaction detailed page.
    • Step 9: Tap on Confirm button for successful transaction. Customer will receive system generated SMS regarding successful payment as well as digital receipt which can be downloaded and shared for future reference.
  1. What is the Service charge applicable for Meghna Bank credit card bill payment through MeghnaPay?
    • 8% or BDT 5 (Whichever is higher) service charge will be applicable for Meghna Bank Credit card bill payment.
