Procedure of Purchasing Guardian Life Insurance Packages through MeghnaPay:
1. Login to MeghnaPay App and Tap on Insurance menu.
2. Go through Terms and Conditions and tap on AGREE to continue purchase procedure.
3. Tap on Guardian Life Insurance menu.
4. Customer will get to view different Insurance Policies along with respective terms and conditions from product list.
5. Customer will select desired Insurance Package and fill up all the required fields (Customer Mobile Number & Email address, NID Number and Date-of-Birth of the Customer, NID Number and Date-of-Birth of the Nominee, OTP) regarding customer information and proceed for payment through MeghnaPay.
6. While payment through MeghnaPay, Customer will provide MeghnaPay Account Number to obtain system generated OTP via SMS.
7. Customer will enter OTP and MeghnaPay A/C PIN in the mentioned fields to confirm the transaction.
8. Customer will receive a system generated confirmation message of successful transaction from MeghnaPay.
9. Customer will also get policy purchase confirmation SMS and system generated policy documents in their email from Guardian Life Insurance.
Service Charge: No additional service charge will be imposed upon MeghnaPay Customers and Payment will be updated in real time after successful transaction.
