1. Is it possible to pay any Bank credit card bill through MeghnaPay App?
- Yes, Customer can pay any Bank credit card bill through their MeghnaPay App.
2. How Can Customer pay Credit card Bill Payment through MeghnaPay App?
- Step 1: Login to MeghnaPay App and tap on Card Payment option
- Step 2: Go through the terms and conditions and tap on Agree option
- Step 3: Select desired Bank from the list.
- Step 4: Enter 16-digit Credit Card number and Card Holder Name
- Step 5: Enter payment Amount, MeghnaPay PIN and initiate the transaction.
- Step 6: Get to view a transaction detailed page, then tap on Confirm button for successful transaction.
- Step 7: Receive system generated SMS regarding successful payment.
3. What is the Service charge applicable for credit card bill payment through MeghnaPay?
- 0.8% or BDT 5 (Whichever is higher) service charge will be applicable for Credit card bill payment through MeghnaPay. For MeghnaPay Limit and Charges visit: http://tinyurl.com/2uf6uua3.
4. Can Customer pay other Bank Credit Card Bill from MeghnaPay Agent Points or Meghna Bank Branches?
- No. Other Bank Credit Card Bill Payment service is currently not available at MeghnaPay Agent Points or Meghna Bank Branches.
5. How long it requires updating other bank credit card bill payment from MeghnaPay?
- Within two (02) working days as per BEFTN service availability, credit card bill payment through MeghnaPay will be updated after successful transaction.
6. Is it possible to pay both BDT and USD payment from MeghnaPay App?
- No, only BDT payment is acceptable for other Bank credit card bill payment through MeghnaPay.
7. Is it possible to save save beneficiary for future credit card payment?
- Yes. For more convenience you can save beneficiary information for future credit card payment.
8. What is the minimum and maximum limit of credit card payment?
- There is no minimum or maximum limit of credit card bill payment, but customer can pay BDT 300,000 credit card bill at a time as Customer can keep a maximum amount of BDT 300,000 balance in his/her MeghnaPay Account at any moment.
