Reopening any closed account is not eligible to get bonus.
Can bonus offer be availed for registration from Meghna Bank Branch or any other sources?
This campaign is not applicable for registration from any other sources other than self-registration through MeghnaPay App.
What document is required for opening MeghnaPay account?
Only valid National ID card or active Meghna Bank Debit Card is required for opening MeghnaPay account.
Is there a reward if I refer a friend?
Referral bonus is not applicable.
If I capture photo from another photo or NID photo, will I get bonus?
You need to capture your live photo to be eligible for bonus. Your MeghnaPay account will be changed into dormant status if you capture photo from another photo or NID photo.
How to active my MeghnaPay account, if it is in dormant status?
Based on your high commitment, you are not eligible for our minimum
loan amount of BDT40,000. Consider paying off some of your existing
loan to reduce your monthly commitment with our debt consolidation plan instead.
