Is it possible to pay Land Development TAX through MeghnaPay App?

  • Yes, Customer can pay Land Development TAX through MeghnaPay App.

How Can Customer pay Land Development through MeghnaPay App?

  • Step 1: Login to MeghnaPay App and tap on Fees Pay menu
  • Step 2: Select e-Service and then choose Land Development Tax
  • Step 3: Enter Payment Token and Amount
  • Step 4: Enter MeghnaPay PIN and initiate the transaction.
  • Step 5: Get to view a transaction detailed page, then tap on Confirm button for successful transaction. 
  • Step 6: Receive system generated SMS regarding successful payment.

What is payment token?

  • Token is a unique number of a holding, with which Land Development TAX can be paid.

Is payment token necessary?

  • Yes, if customer wants to pay land development TAX through MeghnaPay, Payment Token number is mandatory.

How to generate token?

  • By clicking on the Holding option at Land Development TAX registration panel, you will find three options - Objection, Online Payment and Token Generate. You have to click on “Token Generate” option to generate payment Token. To register for Land Development TAX click here: https://ldTax.gov.bd/citizen/register

Where can I get the token number after generating the token?

  • You will receive token number via SMS at your registered mobile number.

When the token will be expired?

  • After 72 hours or three days of generating, the token will be expired.

Is the generated token renewable?

  • No. Payment can only be made once with a single token number, not more than once.

Can customer pay land development TAX by MeghnaPay without registering online?

  • No, customers need to register online & generate token for online payment.

What document is required for Land Development TAX Payment through MeghnaPay?

  • To pay Land Development TAX through MeghnaPay, customer needs only “Payment Token” number.

What is the Service charge applicable for Land Development Tax payment through MeghnaPay?
