Instant Money Transfer Between MeghnaPay & City Bank Account

Is it possible to transfer money from City Bank Account to any MeghnaPay Account?

Is transfer money to City Bank account service available at both MeghnaPay App and USSD Platform?

Currently, Money transfer to City Bank account from MeghnaPay account is available only from MeghnaPay App

What is the process of transferring money from MeghnaPay Account to City Bank Account through MeghnaPay App?

Login to “MeghnaPay” App
Tap on “Transfers” menu in app home screen
Select “Instant Bank Transfer” from the list
Select “The City Bank” from the list
Enter or select City Bank Account Number correctly and tap on ‘Next’ button.
Check City Bank Account Number and Account Name & set a “Nick Name” for beneficiary management.
Select “Source Account” & Enter “Amount” & MeghnaPay “PIN” and Tap on ‘Next’ button.
In the confirmation page, check transferred amount details and Tap on Confirm
Customers will receive transaction confirmation SMS.

Beneficiary Management in Citytouch:

Login to “Citytouch” Platform
Tap on “Beneficiary Management”
Select “MFS Transfer” as Type of Transfer.
Click on “Add Beneficiary”
Select “MeghnaPay” as MFS, set “Nick Name” of Customer, Enter “MeghnaPay Account Number’’ (mobile number) and tap next.
Check and Confirm details of entered Nick Name and Account Number. Tap Confirm.
Select a City Bank account/Card Information and Enter Card PIN and click on Add.

For MeghnaPay to City Bank Account, customers can transfer maximum BDT 50,000 daily/per transaction.
For Citytouch to MeghnaPay Account, customers can transfer maximum BDT 50,000 daily/per transaction.
