FAQ of e-Mutation Fee Collection Through MeghnaPay

Is e-Mutation Fee Collection Service available on both MeghnaPay App and USSD (*735#) channel?

To pay e-Mutation Fee through MeghnaPay, customer needs “Tracking (abedon) Number”.

“Tracking (abedon) Number”is the e-Mutation application number which is generated by customer/applicant after from e-mutation site.

By clicking on e-Mutation Application Linkcustomer can apply for e-Mutation. Customer needs to fill up all the required fields. After confirming the (submit) button, a page will appear with the Tracking number and e-mutation system will notify through SMS.

Step 1: Login to MeghnaPay App and tap on “Fee Pay”
Step 2: Select e-Mutation Fee from e-Service list.
Step 3: Enter “Tracking (abedon) Number”and click next.
Step 4: System will fetch and show e-Mutation fee amount automatically.
Step 5: Check the information and enter MeghnaPay PIN.
Step 6: Tap on Pay icon for successful transaction. Customer will receive system generated confirmation message as well as a Receipt which can be downloaded and shared for further reference.

Yes, along with customer own app, you can able to pay the fee from any MeghnaPay Agent Point.

1% of the transaction amount (minimum Tk 5 or maximum Tk 25 whichever is higher) from MeghnaPay Customer Wallet and MeghnaPay Agent Points.
No Service Charge will be applicable from Meghna Bank Branches.
