- Yes, Customer can transfer fund to any Bank account from MeghnaPay.
2. How Can Customer transfer money from MeghnaPay App to any bank account?
- Step 1: Login to MeghnaPay App and tap on Transfers option
- Step 2: Select To Any Bank Account
- Step 3: Go through the terms and conditions and press on Agree button
- Step 4: Select desired Bank from the list.
- Step 5: Enter Bank Account number, Account Holder Name, Nick name, District and Branch
- Step 6: Select source account and enter transfer Amount, MeghnaPay PIN to initiate the transaction.
- Step 7: Get to view a transaction detailed page, then tap on Confirm button for successful transaction.
- Step 8: Receive system generated SMS regarding successful transaction.
3. What is the Service charge applicable for fund transfer to other bank account from MeghnaPay?

4. Is it possible to transfer fund at any time from MeghnaPay?
- Yes, Customer can transfer fund 24/7 to any Bank account from MeghnaPay.
5. How long it requires updating other bank fund transfer request through MeghnaPay?
- Within two (02) working days as per BEFTN service availability, fund transfer through MeghnaPay will be updated.
6. Is it possible to save receiver bank information as beneficiary for future transaction?
- Yes. For more convenience you can save receiver bank information for future transaction.
7. What is the minimum amount can be transferred to bank account from MeghnaPay in a single transaction?
- Minimum BDT 100 per transaction.
8. What is the maximum amount can be transferred to bank account from MeghnaPay in a single transaction?
- Maximum BDT 50,000 per transaction.
9. What is the maximum amount customer can transfer money per day to Bank account?
- Maximum BDT 50,000 daily.
10. What is the maximum amount customer can transfer money in a month to Bank account?
- Maximum BDT 300,000 monthly.
11. How many times customer can transfer fund to bank account?
- As many times as required, but not more than the daily and monthly transaction amount limit.
