- Yes, Customer can add money from any bank card to MeghnaPay.
2. Which cards are acceptable for add money cards to MeghnaPay?
- Any American Express (Amex), Master Card and Visa cards (Debit, Credit and Prepaid cards) locally (Bangladesh) issued by any bank.
3. How Can Customer add money to MeghnaPay using Amex, Visa or Master card?
- Step 1: Login to MeghnaPay App and tap on Add Money option
- Step 2: Select Amex, Visa & MasterCard
- Step 3: Go through the terms and conditions and press on Agree button
- Step 4: Enter Amount & PIN, Initiate the transaction
- Step 5: In Next Slide, insert Card Number, Name on Card (cardholder’s name), Card Expiry date (MM/YY) and CVV (3 Digit which are usually found on the backside of a card on the signature strip) on your screen and press on PAY button.
- Step 6: Select OTP source and enter the OTP that received from your Card issuing bank.
- Step 7: Click submit button and after successful transaction customer will receive system generated SMS regarding successful transaction.
4. What is the Service charge applicable for Add Money from Cards?

5. Is it possible to Add Money at any time from Cards to MeghnaPay?
- Yes, Customer can add money 24/7 from any Bank card to MeghnaPay.

- Instantly.
7. Is it possible to save Card information for future transaction?
- Yes. For more convenience, you can save card information for future transaction.
8. What is the minimum amount can be added to MeghnaPay from card in a single transaction?
- Minimum BDT 100 per transaction.
9. What is the maximum amount can be added to MeghnaPay from card in a single transaction?
- Maximum BDT 50,000 per transaction.
10. What is the maximum amount customer can add money per day from card?
- Maximum BDT 50,000 daily.
11. What is the maximum amount customer can add money in a month from card?
- Maximum BDT 300,000 monthly.
12. How many times customer can add money to MeghnaPay account?
- As many times as required, but not more than the daily and monthly transaction amount limit.
